The staff helped us whenever we needed. With a day’s notice they replaced the towels and cleaned the villa.
We had a clogged shower when we arrived and the staff came and fixed it.
The water temperature in the shower depended on the weather. That is, on cold days we didn’t have any hot water and had to take a shower with freezing water.
The price is to high to a villa with cold water.
One day we received a notice that we had left 2 dirty towels and would have to pay 350 baht for each one.
