We had a wonderful stay at Villa De Fedelia. The villa was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our family. The surroundings were peaceful and relaxing, making it a perfect getaway from the busy city. The facilities were well-maintained, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. The staff were friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, ensuring that everything went smoothly. What we loved most was the beautiful view and the quality time we could spend together as a family. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we would definitely recommend Villa De Fedelia to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We look forward to visiting again in the future!

The toiletries provided were insufficient for the number of guests and duration of the stay, requiring us to purchase additional essentials ourselves. It would be helpful if the management could provide a more adequate supply for guests. In addition, the pathways leading to the villa were quite dark at night. Better lighting along the walkways would improve safety and make it easier for guests to move around after sunset.

Unfortunately, our 2-night stay was quite disappointing, especially considering the expectations we had from the reviews and photos online. First, regarding the RM100 deposit. We completely understand the purpose of having a deposit. However, the issue was that the deposit had to be paid in cash. This was mentioned in the WhatsApp conversation, but it really should have been highlighted clearly because cash-only deposits are quite inconvenient nowadays. Most people would expect to be able to pay via QR or bank transfer. When we arrived, the check-in process became unnecessarily stressful because we were asked for cash, and we were told that the boss had been upset because previous guests had not paid the deposit in cash. We tried to arrange a transfer, but apparently that was not accepted. Luckily, we had some cash and the staff allowed us to leave a smaller amount as a deposit, but the whole situation could have been handled much better and communicated more clearly beforehand. We were given Room 10, and unfortunately, the room was not well maintained. The floor was sandy, and there were hairs on the bedsheet and pillows, which made us question whether the bedding had actually been changed after the previous guests checked out. The bathroom was even more disappointing. The toilet bowl had visible stains/residue from previous use, and there was hair collected around the floor drain. It was honestly quite unpleasant and unhygienic. The water pressure from the tap was very slow, and the shower pressure was also weak. There was also no proper soap or shampoo provided. Although these are basic amenities we would normally expect from a villa accommodation, we ended up having to buy our own from 7-Eleven outside. We also noticed that the bedside table was visibly dirty and looked like it had not been properly cleaned for quite some time. The condition of the room itself also needs attention.
