The views from this holiday house are amazing! You are literally looking out to sea on all sides and it's breathtaking. It is amazing, sitting on the large balcony. The property itself is clean, good air con (which is definitely needed) and comfortable beds. it is spacious with great views from every window. Praiano is quieter than Positano which we preferred. There are a few restaurants, cafes etc and a little grocery shop a 10.min walk away. There is a bus stop right near the property which can take you either way along the coast. The local beaches are busy and quite small but the private beach area is very nice for a swim and relax on the concrete sitting area. It doesn't get busy and is much quicker to get to than other beaches. We had a really relaxing time and will miss the views! The host lives next door and was responsive to any requests for information etc.

Maybe this was more a British thing, but there wasn't a kettle or toaster in the kitchen which we would have liked but it's only a minor thing.

My husband and I are so happy that we chose this villa for our honeymoon! ❤️ The breathtaking sea view from the huge terrace was absolutely incredible. Everything inside the villa was clean and tidy, with fresh towels, bed linen, and spotless dishes. Our host, Lucia, was incredibly caring and thoughtful. When I got sick, she even went to get the medicine I desperately needed. She was always available, kept in touch with us, and was consistently so kind and helpful. We were absolutely delighted with the private access to the sea and the private pool — it is definitely worth every penny! We couldn’t have wished for a better place for our honeymoon and would happily come back again.

The views were beautiful! Gorgeous spot with wrap around balcony! Loved the salt water "pool" in the ocean and outside shower, but it is 300 steps down and back up. The kitchen had what we needed.

It didn't help that it rained most of our stay, but we were cold and there was only one blanket per bed and no extras available. We asked for extra towels for swimming and received 1 large one (all that was available) for 4 people. The large bathroom had an awful odor of sewer coming from the plumbing. The small bath shower you couldnt bend over or the door opened and water spilled on the floor. Worst of all was the owner's agent who was not a good ambassador for the property. He greeted us by yelling at our driver and ended our stay by asking us to tip him. Praino is a difficult location to access anything, especially in rainy weather. the bus stop is right there, but we waited over an hour for buses on at least 3 days and the taxis are very expensive and no ferry service.
