did not have the breakfast. not too far from the airport. a/c worked.

bathroom ceiling needs to be patched. only one restaurant nearby, would need transportation to get to anything, too far to walk.

The place is so clean and very relaxing

The staff were lovely and helpful, and apologised profusely for the pick up issue The room was quite spacious, bed was comfortable for the brief time we stayed there

We had pre organised a local pick up transfer from airport. However, the guy did not turn up and straight up lied that he was 1. inside the airport waiting- he most definitely was not 2. he could not park his car at the airport- there were vans, small buses and other cars parked and waiting 3. The staff at the resort initially 'blamed' the timing of the plane arrival, stating that the driver did not know the flight details- I reiterated that this information was sent to the resort at time of booking (weeks ahead) as we were arriving very early in the morning( flight at 1.35am) and was uncertain re availability of transport options, which they back tracked and apologised for not relaying that information back to the driver The driver eventually turned up at 2.06am and stated his reason as being asleep as it was too early! The airport at the time had already closed and we were the last passengers waiting in the arrivals hall by this stage This is not acceptable esp after pre arranging pick up from the resort. We only stayed at the resort as it was closer to the airport
