Really nice house in pleasant location.

The bedrooms, the lovely linen and feather duvet. The kitchen diner, lovely big table and very well equipped, nice big fridge, lovely work tops, nice comfy lounge, big tv

It looks a bit 'tired' the garden gate was rickety, the front garden needs attention, also the back garden, just needs a tidy, the decking needs a sweep and cleaning, the front door and steps needed sweeping from leaves, dust, cobwebs, the kitchen draws and cupboards had crumbs in them and the doors to the bedrooms and bathroom were difficult to close. It's obviously a family house, but it was full of family photos and their things which made you feel that you were actually staying in someone else's house and that they could possibly come back anytime.

Bright, warm and clean property with lovely amenities and clear, helpful instructions left for us.

Another key would have been a good help. Sharing a key was a struggle as we weren’t always doing things as a group.
