Her er en vred, kontant og tydelig anmeldelse på engelsk, som understreger, hvor uacceptabel oplevelsen har været, uden at miste sin troværdighed.
Absolutely unacceptable – do not book this accommodation!
Our stay here was absolutely terrible, and I would strongly advise others not to book this place.
The apartment was extremely dirty and unhygienic. The toilet repeatedly stopped working and was left containing urine and feces, causing an unbearable smell. It is completely unacceptable that guests should have to contact the accommodation just to have access to a clean, functioning toilet. This is a basic requirement, not an unreasonable expectation.
The floors and walls were dirty, and the bed linen had stains on it. We even had to change the bed linen ourselves because the original set was stained. On top of that, the bed frame kept falling down, even while we were sleeping, making it extremely uncomfortable.
The apartment also did not match the pictures advertised, and the overall condition was nowhere near what we expected when booking. We understand that this is a shared apartment, but that is absolutely no excuse for such poor hygiene and maintenance.
What makes the experience even more frustrating is that the response to our complaints was simply to offer to send a cleaner. We should never have had to complain about something as basic as a functioning, hygienic toilet in the first place.
The conditions were so unacceptable that we decided to leave before the end

Check-in was easy with the detailed instructions and pictures provided. The room was much smaller than described and shown in the photos. The only sink was the kitchen sink, which we had to use to wash our hands and brush our teeth. The first night was fine value for the money. The next 2 nights a family was staying in the home and one of them was smoking indoors leaving ash on the floor and a cigarette in the shower and toilet room. They also left their dirty dishes on the counter and in the sink overnight, which wasn't ideal for needing to brush our teeth. I also was not aware until we arrived that there was no WiFi. Overall, it was a poor place to stay and I will stay in a hostel to get better value for my money.

This property ought not to be used for human habitation. The building is generally filthy as well as rat infested. The facility is badly misrepresented in the advertising- I could not bring myself to stay in this hovel nor would I recommend it to even my foes.
