Super gelegen, moderne und neue Ausstattung,einfacher Check-In Prozess;sehr nette und liebenswürdige Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin

Ausgeschilderten Fitnessraum nicht gefunden;ich denke dieser entsteht gerade noch und wir mit ein paar Geräten ausgestattet .Bin sicher wir auch eine tolle Sache.

A wonderful hotel right in the heart of the town! The host has truly worked wonders with this building, creating a very clean, pleasant, and spacious room with a unique, highly artistic vibe—featuring a bathroom located almost in the middle of the huge room. The room includes a kitchenette equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. The hotel also has an elevator, and the lobby bar is a lovely spot with welcoming staff. Free parking is available at the back of the hotel. What we especially loved was how well-prepared the host is: they provide helpful video guides for everything you need to know, including how to reach the parking lot, how to self-check-in, and all other necessary instructions. A truly unique and pleasant place to stay!

There were a couple of minor issues upon arrival: one of the coffee capsules left for use had already been used, and the bathroom drain was clogged. However, when I messaged the host about the drain the next morning, I received a response within just 15 minutes, and everything was completely fixed by the time we returned from our day trip to Salzburg. I truly appreciate their exceptionally prompt and efficient service in resolving it!

Gute Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, viele Geschäfte direkt daneben, da direkt im Zentrum gelegen.

Leider kein Sonnenschutz zur Ostseite (Hoffenster) vorhanden. Daher war das Zimmer an den (in unserem Fall) sehr heissen Tagen zu warm.

Die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet, der Check-in funktionierte reibungslos und es machte einen positiven Gesamteindruck auf den ersten Blick

Die getrennten Matratzen im Doppelbett behinderten den Schlafkomfort erheblich. Die „Besucherritze“ war bedeutend größer als in anderen Unterkünften. Im Bad roch es leider sehr stark nach abgestandenem Wasser und Fäkalien. Sobald man die Badtüre öffnete verbreitete sich der Geruch auch schnell im ganzen Zimmer. Unter dem Fenster war der Eingang des Hotel, bei dem unmittelbar geraucht wurde. Somit konnte man das Fe Stier nicht öffnen, da sonst alles nach Rauch stank
