Excellent room: The apartment itself was clean and spacious enough for a family with two children. Helpful building security: The building's on-site security guards (a separate team from home management) were kind enough.

Terrible customer service: Informed Skyhomes (home management service) of our early arrival and only to drop-off the baggage either at front desk or outside the room, but they made us wait at reception with our children for over an hour after a long flight journey and on-road from Dubai with zero helpful communication. Rigid and unhelpful payment policies: Demanded an extra 200 AED for luggage storage/early check-in after 1 hour but would only accept an international bank transfer (sending IBAN/BIC) and no options to pay via cash or Forex card. Check-in keys: The initial door code provided to us did not work. We had to message (communication only thro WhatsApp) them again to get a different working code to enter our room.
