Very well equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need and a very nice lounge. Comfy bed, great air conditioning in lounge/kitchen area and also in the bedroom. Small, but adequate balcony area to sit out for morning coffee etc. Good location for loads of bars, restaurants, mini markets and the bus station is only a 15 minute or so walk away, from which you can explore all over Crete very easily. The property is set higher up in the town, so you will definitely burn off a few calories if you decide to walk.
No TV might be an issue for some, although it didn’t trouble us and the WiFi was fast enough to easily stream onto phones and iPads etc

Beautiful apartment! It’s perfect if you love natural light since there are windows everywhere. You can really feel an artist’s or designer's touch here—the place is styled so nicely. Plus, the location is absolute fire! Highly recommended for a stay in Agios Nikolaos.

Location was very good but uphill therefore if you have mobility issues with walking a steep hill do not book.
Just needed a cleaning service for a long stay which wasn’t mentioned or offered, also just basic starter amenities like sponge tea coffee water milk toilet tissue would have helped.
