The caravan is lovely. The kitchen is very well equipped, It was clean, great location. My dad had not had a holiday for 13 years and this was perfect for him, it really enhanced the experience. Lots of good stores close by. Great value for money. We did have to bring our own bedding, towels, and toilet paper, but that was OK. My dad loved the proximity to the railway, the trains literally go past less than 20ft from the caravan. The TV was a pretty good one with Netflix, Youtube, etc. The parking space was ample. The park itself was quiet, like we almost had it to ourselves.

Comfy clean. Easy to book with. Very polite people who I rented from.

Keys where difficult as the receptionist would not let us in with the car to get the keys. Disabled people who can barely walk too far had to walk to caravan and back to reception to let car in and give reception form. Only downer is it's too close to rail track

Nice and homely

It was clean, close to the beach and amusements.

The heating only seemed to work in the lounge, crockery had to be cleaned before using, the couch was falling apart with a hole at the end ,some lights didn't work aswell as the tv in the main bedroom, we had to block a window with a ironing board due to no privacy, blind wasn't working.
