This is a clean and well maintained apartment. Furnishings are basic, no frills, but it's fine for the price, especially if you use the available parking space (I didn't need it, but imagine it could be very helpful). Bed was comfy enough, mattress a bit soft for me. Terrace is fine but it overlooks a busy kids playground area, and joins directly to next door properties with only a low fence separating. A couple of minor details - the curtains don't fully cover the windows, the bathroom sink tap is loose. Adding a small bedside light would be helpful. Easy to find and access instructions were clear.

Needs darker/wider cutains, and a bedside light.

Good value, clean, well located, quiet at night, outside space
