Excellent fully-furnished apartment with everything you would need. Getting into the unit with the door code was easy. Everything was clean. Very quiet at nights. Very close to the University street with lots of restaurants and cafes. About 20-minute walk to city center and most monuments worth seeing. Host is very nice! You can contact him on WhastsApp if there are any issues, and he responds very quickly! Overall a very enjoyable stay for me and my friend.
Nothing negative. Just note that the unit is under a gable roof, so you need to duck a bit to access some points in the unit. Most of the time it won't be a problem.

I had a great stay in the apartment. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Good communication with the host, they answered questions almost instantly. The apartment is located in the student part of the city, with affordable food and bars closeby
Nothing major.

Todo perfecto, en general. Alberto, el anfitrión, excelente. Para nuestras necesidades resultó perfecto. En mi caso iba a la universidad, por lo que la ubicación es perfecta.
No tiene ascensor, por poner una nota negativa.
