The location was great. The coffee/ water/ rusk etc. was a very nice touch and much appreciated.
The key pad when entering the gate is a bit tight when you have to manoeuvre a big car to the side for parking as both flats use the same gate.
The bathroom’s proximity to the adjacent flat.
