* Great location. * Cleanliness. * The staff were very flexible and accommodating. However, WhatsApp may be necessary for smooth communication.

* The entrance door is tricky to open and requires a bit of practice. * Towels are not replaced during the stay. Guests have to wash them themselves, but no laundry detergent is provided.

Location was great for me. It is close to the bridge and to LX factory (walking distance). Also 10min Uber to Belem. The place is spacious with airco in every room. The one in the main bedroom doesn't get as cool but is still nice. Wifi and TV work well and agreeable. It's a cozy space. The laundry room is useful and one tablet was provided. 2 dishwasher tablets were also provided. 3 coffee pods and some tea bags. I really appreciated this as I arrived without food and the tea helped. The place doesn't have a view on ground floor but I enjoyed it very much and looked forward to calling it home for a brief period. The apartment is close to a viewpoint up the road, it's also not crowded and quite peaceful to watch the sunset or watch the lights on the bridge at night. Pedro was helpful and responsive on the day I arrived, my flight was slightly late and I was stressed about arriving late but he responded quickly and everything was fine. Thanks for a great stay.

The place was clean, however the building definitely has a small ant problem. I found them randomly in all sorts of places. I also found 2 dead cockroaches outside the apartment but I never found any inside. On my final night the people upstairs made a lot of noise until 2am, I could hear them walking loudly around and I struggled to sleep. These were small in comparison to everything I enjoyed.
