Converted to a condo in 2007 and updated again in 2017, Unit 1 is modern and yet comfortable and conveniently located Condo in a private 4-unit condo association. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances including a gas stove and an expandable table for serving 4 or more guests. The living room features a flat screen tv equipped with cable tv and premium HD channels including a dvdlueray player (a RedBox is nearby).

Property was very clean. Could use an update in the kitchen and have more current countertop appliances. Property is perfect location. Everything within a 10 minute walk. Caretaker of unit was very pleasant and made us aware he was available for any immediate needs during our stay. Quiet outdoor private patio area was very nice with grill and patio furniture. Single car parking right in front of unit. Split AC's available in all bedrooms and kitchen. Will rebook!

Very clean. Great location, great parking, easy check in/out process. Furnishings were all new, clean, and comfortable. The bed was amazing, AC was easy and accessible (for those of us who are averse to tech, this was important to me). The home itself is very run down and the flooring is extremely sloped, but it is an old property. As someone with balance and mobility issues, it was a challenge.

The place is in a great location with parking! The house was nice enough, but the people upstairs were SO loud. A child was running around and we could hear loud talking which woke us up at 6:30am on a Sunday!!! Probably won't stay here again.
