The Islander condominium is located on Holiday Isle, which is a peninsula surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor. This destination is sure to please. Heated Pool, heated tub and condo itself. Easy walkable access to Beach within resort which is a bonus while on vacation We would like to come again for sure with our 2 year old.

Perfect location. The Islander is such a wonderful place to stay with your family. The unit itself was very clean and worked fine for the family but it’s is outdated and the furnishing’s have seen better days.

Needed a base to house hunt in the Destin area.
Pluses - Beautiful view. Appears to be safe area for walking. Property gated/sufficient parking. Carts available to assist in moving luggage/groceries in/out of unit. Pool clean/fair daily rate.
Minuses - Post arrival we learned that properties range in grades from bronze, thru silver/gold, to platinum. This unit was graded as Silver. We reported torn furniture, broken shudders in MBR, wall clocks not working and floors very dirty. Management partially responsive to our notifications. Clocks never corrected during our stay, but we were compensated for floors via a refund of a portion of the cleaning fee. Would personally not stay again in any room below a Gold rating.
