Beautiful apartment on the 9th floor, with two large terraces of 50 m2 and 10 m2 with spectacular views of the city and the Bay of Cádiz. Fully renovated, with a careful decoration. Ideal situation. Close to train station and bus stops. To beaches and downtown. Everything is close. Ideal for couples. In addition to household linen, it has an umbrella, towels and hammocks for the beach. And also 2 fantastic sunbeds for sunbathing on the terrace. Public parking in front of the building (not included in the price).

This is a very clean, modern, top floor apartment (with a lift!) in a very convenient location in Cadiz. It is not our first stay at the property and, as usual, the communication with Cristina, the owner, was excellent. The apartment overlooks the cruise ship moorings and gets sunshine all day on the patio. The property was spotless and has brand new kitchen appliances, everything you need - washing machine, dish washer, etc.. It is a few short minutes walk to many attractions and numerous bars, cafes and restaurants. Being 9 floors up. it also is relatively quiet. Very enjoyable and ideal for couples.

Great location, lovely bright apartment. Well equipped kitchen, but no oven! Could use a coffee table instead of the 2 small tables in the living room.otherwise lovely.Cristina was very welcoming, and responded to our requests immediately.
