Zentral gelegen und trotzdem recht ruhig, weil die Appartments gut isoliert sind. Super Ausstattung mit allem was man braucht. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.

Matratzen etwas sehr hart für unseren Geschmack

Sadly unable to comment on facilites/comfort etc. We were both unable to continue journey due to illness. We informed property (delivery receipt) of our problem over 24 hours in advance of arrival and politely requested a small refund (30% of total approx 160EU paid in advance of 1 night stay, or at the least the taxes applicable to stay). No response. The day after our proposed stay we received notification from booking.com regarding our " no show" (!!) status. Now...to me a no show indicates the guest has not had the courtesy to keep host up to date. This was clearly not the case here. Is this a booking.com issue as host suggested some days later? Who knows. Of course the hosts are completely within their rights (T+C´s of hosts) to retain 100%. But better communication is most certainly needed and a small refund would have been a very welcome gesture.
