Villa Tegui is a luxury villa close to San Rafael, only 10 minutes walk from the centre of this lovely village and just a 10 – 15 minute drive to either Ibiza Town, Playa den Bossa or San Antonio.
In short, this wonderful holiday home, located in the middle of Ibiza, is perfectly situated for easy access to the entire island whilst being set in a peaceful, rural location. The best of both worlds! What’s more, Villa Tegui was completed renovated to a very high standard only last year.
The villa is located in no less than 45,000 square meters of land. Entering the villa through an electric gate, you drive along a small road toward the house, where there is ample space for many cars.
Villa Tegui has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All bedrooms are air conditioned.
You enter the house directly into a large comfortable modern living room with large patio doors which open up onto an outside terrace overlooking a beautiful garden. The terrace has a large table, perfect for al fresco dining. To the left of the living room is a modern kitchen with all the normal modern accessories. The house has wifi, satellite TV, an alarm and a modern safe.
Opposite the pool is an amazing summer kitchen with a built-in BBQ. Villa Tegui has a very large pool with plenty of sunbeds. Next door to the summer kitchen is a modern outside shower/toilet. The gardens are huge with plenty of areas for children to explore and play. The villa is enclosed by a large metal fence, making the whole area very safe.

Great pool, lots of space, great barbecue and outside dining , good sun loungers, good aircon, well-equipped kitchen. Overall really enjoyed the stay.
Only negatives - hot water relies on solar so cold early on in the day, only given one key for gates and house but two cars, bumpy access so need to drive slowly to avoid bottom-bumping the car. Slight feeling of minimalist interior as concern that the house might be trashed.
