Enjoy your private getaway with an unobstructed view of the ocean either from inside the unit or from your own private balcony. You may even be fortunate enough to see the dolphins surfing the waves! When you can no longer fight the urge for surf and sun, the beach is literally steps away. If you feel adventurous and want more than a swim, a sunbathe or a volleyball game, then quickly jaunt around the corner to rent surfboards, jet skis, boats and other recreational equipment or some lessons if you're an ocean sport novice!
After your leisurely days at the beach, you may want to hop into the jacuzzi or cook out on one of the two gas BBQ grills on the shared patio. Or, if you feel like holing up in the comfort of your home away from home, cook yourself a gourmet meal in the beautiful, fully functional kitchen and enjoy it while watching the breathtaking sunset. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay, including plenty of toiletries. We were also very pleased with the television options! All the platforms we needed were available--Peacock, CW, Prime, and Direct TV. The only thing we couldn't find was local news at night, but maybe we didn't look in the right place. We also enjoyed the outdoor hot tub in the evenings!

Great location!! The condo was right off the boardwalk and steps to the beach. Lots of great restaurants nearby! You can watch a spectacular sunset from outside your room and cross the street in the morning to see an incredible sunrise. Check-in was easy and I appreciated the welcome basket of goodies. It did say in the listing there was no A/c in the unit. There was also no breeze the days I stayed and the 2 tower fans provided were not enough to keep the unit cool. I slept a couple nights in the pullout bed in the living room and there was only a ceiling fan for that room.There was an issue with the hot water. I was only able to get a hot shower in some of the evenings. Even after letting the water run for a long period of time as the instructions suggested.There also is something wrong with the filtered water spout on the kitchen sink, does not smell good at all and the change filter light is blinking. We never used it and bought bottled water from the little market across the street.There was manager presence on-site, but I didn’t reach out for a possible fix to my issues because it was a family vacation with limited time to spend together.The unit served its purpose for me and we had a great vacation.
