A beautiful, second row beach cottage with unobstructed ocean view home in Swan Beach, Corolla awaits. Just walk over the dune and your at the beach. 2 minute walk to the ocean. Watch the wildlife from the top deck, or enjoy the sunset from the screened in porch directly off of the kitchen. Located only 3 miles from the paved road, you are almost sure to get a visit from the famous Corolla Beach Horses. Like a past guest said in a past review "where else can you see dolphins in the front yard in the ocean and have horses in the back?" This tranquil Corolla beach cottage provides all you need to relax and unwind, only steps away from the ocean. Shops and restaurants are a short drive down the beach to the quaint town of Corolla. Our dog friendly, 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home with amazing views is unbeatable!

Sandsquatch is awesome - we’ve used now multiple years - great views and easy communication with the host and plenty of horse sightings. Can’t beat proximity to the beach.

We had a great time at Sandsquatch and are looking forward to doing it again! Host was very communicative, easy access to get in, clean rooms, and loved loved loved sitting on the porch after a day on the beach watching the horses come by. The views are phenomenal, and a pet-friendly home made the vacation a great, relaxing, fun time!

Hot tub was great. Loved the decks and the short walk to the beach. Loved being able to sit outside and watch the wild horses and even see dolphins swimming by. Great communication with host. And was a pet friendly property that my dogs absolutely loved.

Perfect location on the 4x4 beach! Saw so many wild horses and the house had everything we needed! Gorgeous view and easy walk to the beach! Property owner was quick to respond and very knowledgeable about the area and the 4x4 beach (we were 1st timers). Would highly recommend!
