South Lamar, South Congress, Downtown, The Capitol, Rainey Street District all just a quick walk, scooter, or bike ride away.
This flat was professionally designed and renovated in 2022. It contains luxury vinyl flooring, contemporary fixtures, and has a clean, modern look. It also contains all brand new furniture from May 2022 as well. It is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom that can sleep up to 4 comfortably. This condominium is one of four in a two-story building. Really wonderful, comfortable place in a quiet part of town with easy access to parks, the city, etc. Would def stay again.

The condo was clean, spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The decor was tasteful and the kitchen and bath finishes were higher end. A perfect spot for my longer (2 week) stay. My favorite part was the location, including the close proximity to Zilker Park and restaurants on Barton Springs Road. I walked a lot! The host was responsive and helpful and there were two dedicated parking spaces right by the unit. Overall, a great stay!
