BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY (MODERATE): Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a 100% refund, 14 to 29 days before check-in for a 50% refund, and less than 14 days before check-in, no refund. Refunds are not issued for late arrivals, early departures, or weather, including hurricanes and named storms. We recommend optional travel insurance.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a starter pack of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.
RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect Multi-Family Getaway with Stunning Views!
Our group of two families (6 adults and 2 kids) had an absolutely incredible stay at this condo. The space is fantastic—incredibly roomy and designed perfectly so that a large group like ours never felt cramped.
**What we loved most:**
* **The Bedroom Setup:** This was a massive win for us. Every single bedroom featured a comfortable king bed and its own private bathroom. No one had to compromise on privacy or argue over who got the "better" room.
* **The Kitchen:** It was fully and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed to cook and serve meals for 8 people.
* **The Views:** Simply beautiful. Waking up to that view every morning was worth the trip alone.
**Outstanding Accessibility Feature:**
A major highlight for our family was the ground-level beach access. If you have someone in your party with limited mobility, this condo is a fantastic choice. They were able to easily access the beach through the parking garage, completely bypassing the stairs from the pool level. It made beach days stress-free for everyone.
**One Minor Note:**
The only small critique we have is that we wish beach towels and a beach chair service had been included in the rental.
Overall, this is an exceptional property. It checked every single box for our multi-family trip, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The only bad part was oven did not work and never fixed while there so had to eat out more than planned.
