2 Bedroom, 2 Bath ranch style home. One bedroom has King bed and the other has 3 twin beds, plus futon in study room. Sun Porch, Outdoor shower, BBQ gas grill. Close to many beaches, 1 mile (3 min) from Sea Street Beach in Dennis Port. Walk to restaurants, bars, ice cream and Dennis Port center, close to shopping.
Linens for king bed are supplied. Guest responsible for twin bed sheets and sheets for futon, and towels.

The host Melissa answered questions quickly and efficiently. The house was clean and cute. A little outdated with loud window AC units but they kept us cool. Very soft mattress toppers on the bed so if you like a firm mattress maybe not for you. Only complaint is there were some sort of flying insects that was attracted to the light at night and ended up everywhere.

The cottage was fantastic. Being able to walk to the beach was great and we were so close to family and resturants for a family party. We were so fortunate that you do weekend rentals and it was open for my son's engagement weekend! We had an amazing weekend!

Great location 17 minutes walk to the beach. Walkable distance to a convenience store and many restaurants. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful houses. The house is clean, spacious and cozy. Less than 30 minutes drive to the Hyannis Port where you can catch the fast-ferry to Nantucket island which was the purpose of our vacation. Two full bathrooms and an outdoor shower made it easy for my group of friends to co-exists during our stay. Melissa was super friendly as well and didn’t give us any unreasonable house rules. Thanks! Would stay again for sure and recommend
