This charming 3-bedroom cottage is just 3 blocks to the famous Long Sands Beach! Ideal to walk to, take your dog for a walk on the beach in the morning & evenings, take your beach chairs & games there to spend the day. Watch the surfers, go for a walk, or just sit & relax!
At the cottage, there is a small patio area in the front yard with a picnic table & grill, and a large backyard for enjoying games or sitting around the fire pit. There is one bedroom on the first floor and 2 additional bedrooms upstairs. One of the bedrooms has a double bed with two single beds in it. Linens are provided.
There is a bathroom on the first floor with a shower and an additional outside shower for rinsing/showering after a day at the beach. There is a large eat-in kitchen stocked with everything you need!

Great family vacation rental. Close to the beach and had everything provided and then some. Only downside was the heat, we stayed during a very hot week of the year and the AC wasn’t able to keep the house cool. I would add a couple of air conditioners so when it gets really hot guests can be more comfortable. Other than that everything was great.

The property was welcoming to pets - which my pup Tugboat loved. The cottage was quiet and relaxing and had everything that I needed.The location was fantastic for a quick walk to Long Sand beach.Really enjoyed our stay, and look forward to doing it again in the future

The cottage was clean, cozy, comfortable. Location was great; could walk to Long Sands Beach in 5 minutes. The host was quick to answer any questions. I have already recommended this quaint little cottage to several friends with plans to visit York Beach.
