1. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. This is also grounds for immediate removal of the guests from the home.
2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking inside are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $50.00 / per day.
3. Quiet hours for the property are between 10 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.
4. There is A/C in the caboose and in the apartment (both have window units). 2 floor fans are available for use as well. Please note, the temperatures at this stay tend to be relatively cool, so we are sure that you will be very comfortable! Starting the first week of Oct. and finishing in April, these A/C units are removed, as it is cold enough not to use them. If it's warm inside, you are more than welcome to open a window and use the supplied fans.
5. There is a camera on the exterior of the stay for the safety of the property and our guests. It is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. There are no cameras inside.
6. While there is not great service at this stay due to the locating and serenity, we do provide strong Wi-Fi to keep you going!

The location was great! The stars at night and the views during the day all were scenic. Cool to see and hear the animals at the farm next to our location. The one bathroom however was a challenge along with the smell of well water, but once you became adjusted it was okay. The air conditioning works well if staying during the summer. There's are nice towns nearby for breakfast and coffee.

The views are amazing inside and out ! Very private setting . Was comfortable and very fun. Loved seeing the many animals every day and we found some great restaurants. Just to note this only has well water so bring bottled water if you prefer. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice property. However the water smelled horrible. If you have dyed or bleached hair. The sulfur in the water can change the color or cause a brassy look.

The property is beautiful. Unique stay but the caboose is not usable during winter. Heat in the caboose could not keep up and resulted in 39 temps in the caboose. Our sleeping arrangements were significantly minimized. The listing is not 100% accurate. There is no microwave or electric fireplace indoors. Sam helped us on site and was extremely cordial. Management was a bit slow to respond by text and did not respond to all messages. We were told we’d be given a 30% refund for our stay due to the caboose being unusable but were not given the full refund based on the amount we paid. The refund offered was misleading but management attempted to correct it. Sam and the property are lovely but management and a few details need to be fine tuned. The farm animals were a big plus!
