My Husband and I live in Lincoln but booked for a getting ready location for our wedding party. It was absolutely perfect and came in clutch when it was rainy and had to do photos on the porch instead of at Sunken Gardens. Overall a wonderful experience and would definitely utilize again for a stay-cation.

The property was well equipped with TVs, games and entertainment for kids/guests. Amble room for hosting parties, can comfortably accommodate 10 guests at the back dining room.There was cold water in the fridge for guests upon arrival, that's a nice touch!The coffee offering was nice too.Cleanliness was not impressive as many places in sleeping quarters was dusty. Lack of quality in linens. The kitchen was poorly equipped and not well kept. Pots and pans were peeling off and kitchen utensils were mismatched and of poor quality. Granted it's a short stay, but if any party hosting to be done then kitchen would be quite frustrating to work with. The neighborhood is nice enough, relatively quiet and pleasant, clean.
