Our apartment is decorated and furnished to an extremely high standard. It is nicely decorated in a contemporary style, and is more than just a ¨rental property¨. We consider it an extension of our own home, and take care of it as such.
The lounge area has two three seat settees and quality wood furniture. It is complete with HD television with English, German, French and many other language channels. There is good heating for the Winter months and a powerful remote ceiling fan for the Summer. There is also a large selection of books and games for your enjoyment.
The apartment has three good sized bedrooms, with sea views and lots of storage space.. They have good heating system is in each room for the Winter months and remote controlled powerful ceiling fans for the Summer. One twin room and two double rooms, each with good quality bedding, mattresses and pillows. Every room has its own mirror, dressing table & hair dryer.
A contemporary bathroom with a adult sized bathtub and also separate shower room. It also has a spacious dining area with tables and chairs for six people.
The kitchen is large, modern, clean and very well equipped including microwave and dishwasher and Clothes washer.
The apartment has a huge communal roof terrace, with unspoilt views over the Atlantic as far as the eye can see. You are free to take furniture up to this area to relax, however, there is two private balconies overlooking the beach and park area, both of which are connected to the apartment on the same level, and have garden furniture for alfresco dining.
The apartment also has High speed WiFi which is free for our clients convenience.

This was our third stay at the apartment. We had another relaxing stay and plenty to see as the apartment is in a great location next to the park with sea views. The centre of Conil is a short walk away which has plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. A car is not needed although it is useful if you want to visit the many interesting places nearby.

Perfect apartment in ideal location for beach and town. Stunning views of the beach from each window & balcony. Really well stocked with extra towels, sheets etc & also in the kitchen. Owners are so helpful and friendly. Second time staying here, will be back!!

This was our 'home' during the covid 19 lockdown (thanks to the kindness of Andrew and April). We will never be able to thank them enough. This is a beautiful place to stay; fully equipped with everything you could possibly need with a beautiful beach on your doorstep and one of the best bars right there in the beautiful park. Magical and definitely memorable. Thank you both xx.

We had a fantastic stay in the apartment during the beginning of October. The weather was perfect.
The apartment was close to all amenities, beach and town. There are some lovely walks close by the apartment.
We enjoyed sitting on the balcony where there was always activity taking place in the park such as pétanque, gym equipment, yoga classes even a wedding taking place.
The apartment was furnished as a home rather than just a holiday apartment which made our stay particularly comfortable. It was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped.
Contact with April and Andrew was good and there to meet us when we arrived. They were very helpful.
We would throughly recommend renting the apartment and hope to return again ourselves.
