The house is built on one level, with a night and a well-defined day, a large bright living room opening onto a terrace of 40m2 well sheltered and a swimming pool located in a beautiful fully enclosed garden. Your vehicles will be parked in the grounds of the property. You can easily go by car or bike in the village of Vans, 1.5 km where you will find all the amenities: shops, restaurants, banks, market, etc.
Since 2018 air conditioning has been installed in all four bedrooms.

A beautiful, spacious, complete and clean house in a lovely location. The pool is super and private parking is a plus. The area is great with lots of things to do also for families with teenagers. Close to the property is a nice town (Les Vans - ~2 km) which has nice markets and restaurants and of course a Boulanger for fresh baguettes and croissants every morning.
Definitely a place we'd visit again.
