house also has a guest restroom near the living area. The
fifth room can be converted into a multipurpose room
equipped with a 43-inch smart TV; it can
serve as a living room, a children’s room, a workspace
, or a game room. The fifth room can
also be used as a bedroom when there are 12 guests staying
and the gym is not in use. Spacious living room—
—kitchen—dining room with large windows and
panoramic ocean views, a 50-inch smart TV with access
to Netflix, HBO for those with an account, and
multimedia platforms, comfortable sofas, and a wood-burning fireplace for
