CASA DA ESPERANCINHA (ESPERANCINHA'S HOUSE) is a portuguese traditional cottage refurbished in May 2013, with the objective of ensuring you a friendly, relaxing and cosy holiday in an healthy environment. It is a perfect place for hiking and enjoying Nature. The nearest town is S. Brás de Alportel, only 1.5 miles away from the house. There you find traditional commerce such as pottery, food and beverages, and also a wide choice of restaurants and bars. The wonderful beaches of the Eastern Algarve are only 30 minutes away by car. Guests have the exclusive use of a private pool, a beautiful garden and a barbecue. A nice restaurant is only 3 minutes walking distance.

The property was inviting and traditional, the garden was amazing. Conveniently located for travel to many areas. Had everything that you needed to enjoy your stay.

This is our second visit to this villa, Maria who takes care of the property on behalf of the owner is on hand and nothing is too much trouble. It’s in walking distance to Intermarche for groceries, 2 minutes to a restaurant and 10 minutes to a cafe. Patricia is quick to answer any questions, we messaged asking for coasters and an outside ashtray which we found left outside the door within a few hours. The only suggestion I would make is a a basic welcome basket for late night arrivals would be the icing on the cake. The villa is great for our needs and we will be back next year

Very relaxing and authentic property with lovely neighbours. Perfect for our quiet break in the Algarve within pleasant driving distances for all the places we wanted to see
