THE SPACE
Welcome to sunny Fort Morgan Alabama! A comfortable stay away from your busy life.
The condo is 850sq and on the 2nd floor. Gulf Shores Plantation is a gated complex with 24 hours security. Our condo is located right off the beach with quick access to the outdoor pools and other fun activities. The 16' long balcony is ideal for watching the waves come in onto the beautiful white sand beaches with unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico!
If you want to get away from the crowds, but are also looking for a quality beach vacation, this is the place for you! 20 minutes drive to Gulf Shores downtown and 30 minutes to Orange Beach.
What we provide during the stay:
- 1 bath towel and washcloth per guest
- 2 hand towels per bathroom
- Master Bath: 1 bar of soap, 1 shampoo/conditioner, 1 body wash, 1 lotion, 2 rolls of toilet paper
- Guest bath: Same as master but only 1 roll of toilet paper
- Starter packs with essentials such as 1 paper towel roll, 2 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher detergent and 1 coffee packet. We also include 2 kitchen dish rags and 1 kitchen towel.
Shared amenities for Resort Conference Center:
- Washer & dryer in the laundry room on the first floor
- Kiddie pool
- Outdoor pools
- Indoor pool
- Exercise room
- BBQ areas
- Gazebo
- Outdoor Hot tub
- Steam room/sauna
- Tennis/racquetball courts
- The Sassy Bass restaurant
**PULL OUT SOFA BED is a queen size. The couch in the listing picture is updated to a leather couch.
**Beach towels are not provided.
GUEST ACCESS
Parking:
2-3 Nights: $25
4-6 Nights: $35
7-14 Nights: $45
15+ Nights: $60
Limited 2 cars per unit.
A link will be sent with the check-in instructions to complete pre-registration AND purchase a parking pass. Each guest vehicle arriving at the guard house must have a UNIQUE printed registration and parking pass receipt.
NOTE
- Insurance is STRONGLY recommended, especially in hurricane season.
- $200 security deposit upon booking. No authorization hold will be placed. Guests will only be charged if the damage occurs or late check-out. The security deposit will be refunded on the 5th day after the check out. You may see the security deposit is reauthorized during/after your stay. This is because the hold only lasts 7 days.
- Pest control: every 3rd Monday of the month. Someone will temporarily access to the unit with the property manager.
- Chairs and umbrellas are available for rent most months.
- Contact me for Snowbird Rates.
- Restaurant on grounds.

Beautiful condo. Great view!!! Check in and out were easy. Access to the condo and beach were simple. The condo was clean. The only issue we had was the oven handle was broken but after telling the host they were willing to come fix it asap. We will definitely stay in unit 1233 again.

OUR CONDO WAS WONDERFUL! THE DECOR WAS JUST RIGHT. THE VIEW WAS BEAUTIFUL. WE WERE DOING LAUNDRY AND THE PROPERTY MANAGER CAME UP TO US AND ASK IF WE WERE DOING OKAY AND ASK IF SHE COULD DO ANYTHING FOR US. THAT WAS SO NICE. WE WILL RETURN!

Loved the condo and it’s location, but the master bed is terribly uncomfortable. Otherwise, completely happy with the condo.
