Oceanside villa "Campeche" is a second floor villa (upper courtyard pool level) at the ocean front resort "Villas San Miguel" with spectacular ocean views.
The villa has a full kitchen with all amenities plus a separate bedroom with a large private balcony overlooking the spectacular crystalline waters of the Mexican Caribbean. This villa has a very spacious interior (800 sq. ft.) with the bedroom opening onto the large ocean view balcony.
Villas San Miguel are traditional Mexican courtyard villas located directly on the ocean side walkway in Centro Isla Mujeres at Villas San Miguel....... (one of twelve separate villas and casitas surrounding a courtyard pool area along the seaside malecon)

My stay at Oceanside Villa "Campeche" was great. Our directions were easy to follow and the entry to the Villa was easy. The house was well stocked with water and coffee and plenty of towels. The view from the oceanside patio was excellent of the morning sunrise and the Caribbean. The location was good for walking to Playa Norte and many great restaurants a couple of blocks away. I would stay again,

HIGHLY recommend this amazing villa. Our stay was perfect in every way. Location is ideal and close to several incredible restaurants, shopping and a quick walk from the ferry. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. We already booked our next stay here!

This place was just as expected based upon a friend’s recommendation. Balcony overlooking the Caribbean, walk out into downtown shops and restaurants, and 5 minute walk to the beach.
Comfortable bed, cold a/c, full kitchen made our stay a comfortable and convenient one.
Additional benefit of being 2-3 blocks from the main taxi stand and the ferry, so easy access to everything.
