The Space:

Nestled in a peaceful setting, this beautiful two-storey home is designed for relaxation and entertainment. The exterior boasts a spacious garden, fully enclosed for your peace of mind, kayaks and bikes available for use to fully enjoy the beachside lifestyle, and a ping pong table for endless fun. The undercover patio provides a perfect shaded retreat, ideal for watching the kids play or unwinding with a good book.



Step inside to a stylish upper-level living area, where floor-to-ceiling windows frame sweeping ocean views. The comfortable lounge features a cosy potbelly fireplace, plush seating, and a large TV. The adjacent dining area has an elegant wooden table, perfect for shared meals, while the gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and ample space for cooking. Glass sliding doors lead to an expansive veranda with an outdoor dining area, BBQ, and a wood-fired pizza oven—ideal for sunset dinners overlooking the Indian Ocean.



The lower level provides an additional living space, complete with a second lounge, dining area, and kitchenette. The dedicated children's bunk room includes a TV/DVD player, making it the perfect hideaway for younger guests.



The spacious primary suite upstairs features a king bed, stunning views, private veranda access, and a luxurious ensuite with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The additional bedrooms—one offering a king bed and the other a queen—are thoughtfully designed with stylish furnishings, ceiling fans, and oil heaters for year-round comfort. A starter pack of wood is provided during the winter months only (June – August). This includes kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store.
