Our vacation home is located 7 km east of the town of Porto-Vecchio at the end of the Gulf of Porto-Vecchio. The apartment is 45 square meters and consists of 3 rooms and a hallway. It features a living room/kitchen with a dining table and sleeping accommodations (double bed), a bathroom, and a bedroom with a bunk bed and a built-in closet. At the entrance to the apartment is a covered terrace with seating for five people. The vacation home also features a green area where you can use the two provided sun loungers and the outdoor shower.

Enjoy the magnificent view over the Gulf of Porto-Vecchio all the way to the Bavella Mountains while you have breakfast.

The property has a land area of 30 a, is fenced, is situated on a hillside, and features two solidly constructed houses. The house is located 50 m above sea level and is 200 m from the Mediterranean Sea as the crow flies.

There is access to the sea adjacent to the Rosumarinu property.
The La Chiappa nudist club is 2 km away. It offers numerous activities for sports enthusiasts, families, and those looking to relax. During peak season, small shops and restaurants are open there.

Palombaggia is one of Corsica’s most beautiful beaches and is about 5 km from the house.
For all mountain enthusiasts, the Bavella Mountains are 60 km away. Here you can explore, among other things, a 70-meter-high waterfall and the Col de Bavella Pass at an elevation of 1,218 meters.
Bonifacio, the island’s southernmost port city, is 35 km away; built on limestone, it invites you to stroll through its narrow alleys. On a clear day, you can see the coastline of Sardinia.
