This home is one of our most unique properties on Folly Beach! Located just 4.5 blocks from Center Street, you are within strolling distance of all the local shops, restaurants, and beach bars.

Mountain to Sea offers the perfect base for your Folly Beach vacation, whether you're soaking up the sun, exploring the vibrant nightlife, or savoring local seafood. Folly Beach offers something for everyone – from surfing, paddleboarding, and fishing to exploring eclectic shops and enjoying fresh seafood at local eateries. Nautical Room (Upstairs): Twin/Double bunk bed, Smart TV, shared bath.

- Parking and accessibility: This home's paved driveway can accommodate 4-5 cars. Public spaces are available along the street. The house is accessible by stairs.

You must be 30 years old to rent this home. No exceptions.
Contactless Check-In: This home offers a keyless entry, and we will provide the code before your arrival date.
Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 10 AM.
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (Folly Beach enforces a strict noise ordinance).
No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not permitted in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most ten people at any time during your stay.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.

The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of rooms and beds. Plenty of dishes and cookware. We had a great time and beach access was right across the street. If I had to complain about something, it would be the front steps, they were quite steep and a bit rickety.

We had an absolute blast. Beach access directly across a small street. A cute, 10-minute stroll will get you to town. The layout of the house was great. Our party of 9 had plenty of room to spread out or sit together and be cozy. Thank you so much for hosting.

Mountain to Sea is a great house. Spacious and unique layout, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. Kitchen was well stocked, and the location is perfect - directly across the street from a beach access with no parking lot, so this part of the beach is not overly crowded, even on high demand 4th of July. We would stay here again.
