This is our second stay at this property. The Seabreeze 1 is our new favorite place to stay when in SPI.
My wife & i just love coming to SPI and we have now found our go to property. Nice condo with all the amenities you need. Beautiful view of the gulf. Great swimming pool and just steps from the beach. Beds are comfortable as well. Very clean.
Highly recommended!!

It was fine up until the last night, Our AC stopped working, thought it would eventually cool...it didn't. Family unable to sleep comfortably throughout the night. Conveyed concern to manager and told her that a credit on my bill would be appropriate...no answer other than I should have called emergency number. Please let me know if a credit will be forthcoming. Thanks
