Tupelo offers indoor and outdoor pools, a driving range, fitness center, pickleball and volleyball courts, charcoal grills, disc golf, a lit 9-hole Par 3 course and a full 18-hole course.

The condo was clean and spacious, however, a significant issue was the lack of table lighting and the lack of kitchen silverware, utensils, and cooking pots, pans, and baking pans. This lack of inventory was surprising given the size and cost of the unit.
