The first floor features a cozy living and dining room with an open kitchen. From the living room—which includes a sofa, armchair, and TV—you have access to the south-facing terrace with patio furniture and a beach chair (seasonal). The sauna is also located in the garden. The open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a drip coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a freezer compartment, a toaster, and a dishwasher. A staircase leads down to the basement. Here you’ll find a bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, towel dryer, and a washer-dryer. There is also a bedroom with a box-spring bed, TV, mirror, and closet. On the first floor, you’ll find the second bedroom with a double bed, TV, closet, and a south-facing balcony; there is also a bathroom here with a shower, toilet, and towel dryer. The third bedroom, located in the attic, features a double bed and a TV. A parking space is available for you at the house. If you’re arriving with multiple cars, you can park for free on the side of the street.

A well-behaved dog is permitted upon prior notice (€10 per pet/day).
