This six-bedroom, two-level home comfortably sleeps 14 and offers an open floor plan ideal for gatherings and relaxation.
The ground floor features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious sunroom filled with natural light, and a recently renovated kitchen with modern appliances that flows into the dining area. The cozy living room is perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.
Upstairs, two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom provide extra privacy for guests or family.
For added convenience, the property is located near the stops for the Jolly Trolley, a beloved local shuttle service offering easy, car-free transportation between Dewey Beach and the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk. This home was exactly what our family needed. Plenty of space for everyone. It was relaxing and served our needs. Everything was in working order. I was pleased they cut back the tree in the driveway so we could get in and out of our cars and they did not receive any scratches. The bonus was the close proximity to the beach. Looking forward to staying here again!
