Francos VII is a high-quality apartment located in a renovated building in the heart of Seville, on the popular Calle Francos. It’s ideal for a quiet and comfortable stay, with capacity for up to 4 guests.
This bright one-bedroom apartment is in a recently renovated building. It offers a cozy and quiet atmosphere throughout the day, despite being in a very central area.
It features an open-plan layout combining the living room and kitchen. The living room is stylishly decorated and includes a double sofa bed (1.40 x 1.90 m), perfect for accommodating two additional guests. The kitchen is practical and fully equipped, ideal for both short and long stays.
The bedroom is spacious and comfortable, with a double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The location is excellent: on a pedestrian street that is lively during the day but quiet at night. Just steps away, you’ll find tapas bars, traditional restaurants, branded shops, and local stores. Major attractions such as the Cathedral, the Giralda, Plaza Nueva, and the City Hall are all within walking distance.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. An elevator; what a treat! The apartment was in the old town with lots of restaurants and food shops nearby. It was an easy walk to the historical sites and the University of Sevilla. Good water pressure in the shower. All amenities worked well. Recommend.

Excellent location, super communication on arrival and departure. Lots of useful information on the apartment. We enjoyed our stay. I would say the bathroom is in need of some refurbishment. Overall a good stay.
