The hosts were super friendly and really tried to make our stay as nice as possible! The house and pool itself were even better than on the pictures. We absolutely had a blast here and would definitely recommend!

Our stay in Ramona and Raul's house was extremely pleasant and wonderful. The hosts are extremely accommodating and helpful. Friendliness is not a foreign word in Croatia, but what was shown here was simply outstanding and unique. If you're looking for a peaceful, quiet and clean place with a beautiful garden, and pool area you'll get your money's worth here. Thank you again for the wonderful, quiet and relaxing days we were able to spend in Knapici.

First of all it was a very nice holiday. The hosts warmly welcomed us and the house and the big garden was even better than assumed in advance by the pictures on the internet. The rooms were very clean and comfortably furnished. Our childs fell in love with the well maintained and beautiful pool. It was hard to get them out of it again =). The Landscape of Istria is a fine mixture of Mountains, great woods and plains and of course the sea. Rabac is a beautiful Harbour-City and the nearest point to get to a beach and you can reach it in about 10 minutes by car. In Labin you will find all kinds of shopping opportunities (appr. 8mins by car). So the property has a good location. If you need help with something, the hosts will always help you out, even if you are just looking for a nice conversation. They also have some animals and they showed them to us wich was really cool, especially for my little daughter. In short: a clear 5 out of 5.
