This comfortable 200 m² home is located just a 5-minute drive from the beautiful village of Vans, where you’ll find all the amenities you need.
We’ve decorated it with care, so that modern, comfortable luxury blends seamlessly with the ancient columns and doors.
Built in the heart of a lush green landscape and set in a natural setting that comes alive with dry stone walls, you’ll discover the enchanting 4,000-square-meter garden and the shade that will welcome you during moments of relaxation or leisure.
You can sunbathe in complete privacy next to the pool (8 m x 4 m) and its large wooden decking. The pool is open from June through September.
To keep you cool during the Ardèche summer heat, the entire house is air-conditioned.
Perfect for comfort and privacy, this property is ideal for families or groups of friends, thanks to its large 70 m² living room. It’s a pleasure to gather—even in large groups—in the spacious living room with its large, comfortable sofas and a well-equipped kitchen. Plus, the kitchen island invites you to cook together with others!
Its large garden has plenty of shaded areas where everyone can find their own private spot to relax.
Located in a residential area, the property is not suitable for noisy evening parties. Making noise after 10 p.m. is prohibited. Therefore, we do not rent the property for events or gatherings (birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette parties, etc.).
The space is ideal for peace and relaxation.
On the first floor, you’ll find 3 bedrooms that open directly onto the garden:
Room (1) has 1 double bed (180 cm),
room (2) has two bunk beds (90 cm each) and one 90 cm bed,
room (3) has a 160 cm bed and a 140 cm loft bed.
One bathroom with a large shower, bathtub, and double carved marble sink.
A large 70-square-meter living room that opens onto a 30-square-meter covered terrace.
A laundry room with a washing machine.
A 15-square-meter TV lounge with a flat-screen TV featuring satellite channels and sports programming.
On the first floor, you’ll find bedroom (4) with a 180 cm double bed, a private bathroom with a large shower, and a stone sink.
From a “game room” that opens onto a 15-square-meter sun terrace.
Outside, you’ll find a large charcoal grill or a large gas plancha for cooking up summer flavors. There’s a pétanque court, and for the little ones, there’s a sandbox and swings.
We provide the following free of charge: a crib, a high chair, a baby bathtub, and a changing table.
Right next to the house, the surrounding landscape invites you to go on long hikes or mountain bike rides. A true paradise for nature lovers.
The area offers many outdoor activities for young and old alike: canoeing, cave exploration, canyoning on mountain rivers, and much more.
The weekly markets, featuring many regional products such as fresh goat cheese, olive oil, and vegetables from small-scale producers, are particularly popular.
There are also many traditional villages in southern France that are worth visiting.

This property was beautiful. They had everything you needed. Well equipped with beautiful surroundings.
Our group consisted of 4 adults, two teens and 2 under 10's. The house itself was beautiful, with great outdoor space for shade during the day and evening meals together, or simply chilling. The Pool was clean with plenty of sun loungers and shade available.
If you are looking for a quiet retreat, this is for you. A car is a must, as no town/village in walking distance. We really could not fault this property. The ONLY downside was the mosquitos. I'm not sure if we choose a bad week, but be prepared when staying.

The house was beautiful with excellent facilities and equipment throughout. The many outside seating areas make for wonderful settings to eat or chill out. The house stayed cool in the hot weather and the pool helps with that too. There's plenty of space, more than the photos suggest, we found. Only conceivable downside is that some parts of the garden were quite bad for mosquitos.

We had a wonderful holiday in the house. The house is very spacious and is located on a spacious plot. Nice pool and well maintained. House is equipped with all necessities. Unfortunately, there are also downsides; the wifi is very mediocre. The house is offered with air conditioning, this turns out to be only floor cooling on the ground floor and finally there are a lot of mosquitoes. So much that we were inside in the evenings. We recommend the owner to purchase professional equipment for this.Finally, among other things, the knob of the oven was defective on arrival. We reported this and a mechanic fixed the problem. We then received the invoice for this because the landlord was of the opinion that we caused this defect. This was incorrect but the landlord easily points to the general terms and conditions.
