Good location. If not for homeless encampment parking lot, it would’ve been a higher score. Not sure if anything can bee done but not the best view to look at in the mornings. It appears that they have a crime problem in the area, many warnings and signs all around the property.

Very nice spacious condo, nicely decorated and well stocked with essentials. Appreciated the 2 bathrooms and comfortable king size bed. Enjoyed having breakfast and coffee on the large lanai but there was a bit of traffic noise due to road closure detour but assume won’t be issue once road is repaired. Recommended!
