Crown Point Beach & Bay Vacation House - 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, sleeps 10. Located at the tip of the Crown Point Peninsula, surrounded by water on 3 sides, walking distance to Crown Point Shores (Beach/Park and Recreation area). Boardwalk/Bike path just 2 blocks from the house, enjoy walking, biking or rollerblading around Mission Bay, with easy access to Mission Beach and Pacific Beach. Sea World is just over the bridge and the location is centrally located for quick trips to the Zoo, Downtown, Balboa Park, Lego-Land, Safari Park, etc...
3 Bedrooms: King in one Bedroom, Queen in second bedroom and full size bed in the third bedroom.
Family Room: Large family room with open beam ceiling and wood burning fire place. Large leather European Style Queen size sleeper sofa. Family room opens up to a sun drenched patio with 4 burner Viking Grill and outdoor dining.
Kitchen: Kitchen has been remodeled with granite counters tops, gourmet cooking island with prep sink, newer appliances and a Bay window that overlooks the patio. The kitchen opens up to the family room for a great room feel.
Living room: Large sun filled living room, hard wood floors throughout, leather sofa bed, leather love seat, and leather chair with ottoman plus 42' HDTV with expanded cable and DVR.
2 Bathrooms: Bathroom #1 has a Shower/Tub . Bathroom #2 has a Shower.
Patio: Saltillo tiled patio with large teak table and teak chairs, 4 Burner Viking Grill, dining al fresco and plenty of privacy. Professional Dart Board on Patio.
Free WiFi, DVD Player, Flat Screen HDTV, Stereo, BBQ, Full Kitchen, Beach Cruisers (Bicycles), Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Boogie Boards, Sand Toys, Cooler, Portable BBQ for the Beach, Beach Umbrella.
In January 2019 we replaced all of the windows and screens with energy efficient windows that block the suns heat. The new windows will keep the house cool and comfortable and prevent the house from over heating from the direct sunlight.

Great place in a great location that worked perfect for two families of five. The home had a relaxing ambiance and lots of living space. We cooked a few times and it had everything we needed. There is no AC, as listed, but we had no issues as the house was cool using windows and fans during late June/early July.

When you book a stay you have photos, a description and a list of amenities and the Beach House was what you see is what you get, only nicer. The last thing you want is suprises unless they are pleasant surprises like an oversized living room, a kitchen full of useful utensils, plates, glassware etc., a closet full of toys and games, a second closet full of beach chairs and an umbrella, beach towels, 3 TVs all in a charming home in a really nice neighborhood a block from the bay. The hosts reached out to us letting us kinow the house was available for an early check-in and so our long weekend got off to a great start and the hosts kept in touch with us throughout our stay. The place is decorated keeping with the beach theme and feels like someone's home, not a rental. I highly recommend this place and would certainly rent it again.

Wonderful property in a great location, hosts were very communicative. Walking distance to a couple beaches that were good for small kids (very small waves), short drive to the bigger beaches.

We enjoyed our stay but certainly was surprised no AC- the listing was vague and it was a very hot home in late August- even with the copious amount of fans they provided - a heads up would have been helpful when booking - we had some older family with us.
