My family enjoyed a wonderful vacation in this home. My grandchildren really loved playing in the lake right off the dock. The home is very well equipped with all of your needs and is very comfortable and clean. The host was very quick to respond to any questions and the check in process was great.

We loved the large open spaces for gathering, the views & location, the kitchen upstairs was lovely and well stocked. Lots of great fishing and memories!

At first glance the property is beautiful. It was nice that the rooms had onsuite bathrooms. When we arrived, we noticethe house cleaning had not been completed. There were trash bags everywhere and the floor hadn’t been swept. The vacuum cleaner was left out, towels were not folded or put away. The first morning we were there my husband showered (upstairs master). it leaked badly into the downstairs middle bedroom’s bathroom. We were unable to use our onsuite shower the entire stay. There were actually a host of minor problems, including broken pieces of furniture and the bathrooms were dirty. (Specifically in the showers and around the baseboards appeared to have not been cleaned in a very long time.) The downstairs kitchen area smelled terrible, like sewage. The trash situation was not good. When we arrived, there as trash everywhere. There were several cans, all turned over and trash was everywhere. I realize we were there during the holidays, but it appeared that the trash had not been picked up in some time. My husband spent some time on New Year’s Day picking it all up so that we could empty our trash before we left. I would like to add a positive note. The lake front deck areas and views were amazing. The dock was beautiful and everyone loved the hot tub. The owner did refund $200 due to the housekeeping, but, considering what I paid for the week, that really wasn’t much.
