This modern, exclusively furnished vacation apartment is located on the top floor and, with approximately 54 m², features a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and two balconies. The beach is only about 100 m away.

Throughout the apartment, modern colors and a unique, elegant style create a cozy atmosphere. The living area features a cozy seating area—here you can relax with the flat-screen TV with Sky channels and a stereo system with radio and CD player, not just on rainy days.

The large double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) in the bedroom offers optimal sleeping comfort. There’s also a second flat-screen TV here. The entire apartment is fitted with high-quality designer flooring. The built-in closets in the living room and hallway offer plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe.

If needed, an additional person can sleep on the sofa bed. The two balconies offer the perfect setting for relaxation. From the south-facing balcony, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the lagoon meadows stretching right up to the property; the other balcony faces the lake.

The new open-concept kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchenette is a charming dining area—the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxed meal. Of course, there’s also a bright, functional, tiled shower room.
