The property and hosts were wonderful! Very clean, beautifully decorated, and wonderful plants! Bring quarters for doing laundry. There is no air conditioning, but the house stayed nice and cool in June with open windows and the fans. We did just fine with no car, because the beach, restaurants, and shops are 5-15 minutes walking distance. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

The Starfish Bungalow was the perfect home for our family of four to relax after a few days at Disneyland. Kai was the ultimate host, meeting us for check-in to show us the house, making sure we knew where everything was, and providing recommendations for the area. He was super responsive to texts during our stay and let us know about live music down near the pier. The house was the perfect location on a quiet neighborhood street with friendly neighbors. The area is very laid back and safe. We were able to easily walk to the beach, the pier, and Main Street. The house is quaint and comfortable with lots of charm. They have done a great job decorating and landscaping to make this an enjoyable place to relax. My kids were so excited to find that there were boogie boards and sand toys available to use at the beach. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

We enjoyed our stay at the Starfish. The host was friendly and very responsive. The property was clean and well stocked with beach equipment and cookware. We were only a block and a half from the beach, which was great. The detailed checkout instructions provided a little stress as we were leaving, since there’s a surcharge if not followed. The lack of A/C on the property was a little uncomfortable during the day, but nighttime temperatures were fairly cool. The laundry is coin operated, which I wish I’d know before hand.All said, the hosts were great to work with and the property is very cute. Thanks for having us!
