Luxury apartment, beautifully furnished with air conditioning / heating, a modern kitchen with everything, 1 bedroom and two balconies. Although in the historic center, it is very quietly situated on a car-free square and all the sights of the city within walking distance. Only 5 minutes from Museo Thyssen and a little further the Plaza la Constitución, the heart of Málaga. Also within walking distance of a free parking area and the Malagueta beach.
The apartment has been completely renovated while maintaining the old characteristics: high ceilings with wooden beams, insulated balcony doors with louvered shutters. Rooms are in open connection with each other and the bedroom can be partially closed with doors to the living room. New kitchen with all facilities. Nice entrance with courtyard / patio and elevator. The apartment is on the 1st floor and overlooks the square.
In the nicest neighborhood of Málaga, at Calle Carretería, with restaurants and local shops and very quietly located on a car-free square and yet all sights within walking distance. During the Semana Santa the processions through Calle Carretería can be seen from the balcony and close to the departure and return of the thrones of the Viñeros.

Quiet location on the edge of the Old Town. Loved the apartment - clean, stylish with high ceiling and an open plan that still gave an opportunity for a relatively private space from time to time. More than adequate kitchen for dining in whilst having to be a bit careful not to mark or stain surfaces. Some very slight wear and tear on the skirting and one of the outside shutters didn't quite close tightly but these issues are tiny compared to the overall experience.This was our second visit and on both occasions Rene has been the perfect host being helpful about the area and available for any issues.We will definatly be back again soon

Ratings given above illustrate that the apartment and its location was everything we wanted.The lovely Rene was in the apartment on our arrival. He took us for a tour around and showed us where everything was - In general he was extremely helpful and gave us information about local restaurants and various sites we might want to visit. We hope to return Maggie & Bob
