All 3 dedrooms have balconies where you will enjoy sunrises & sunsets. Tessoro is an upscale resort with deluxe finishes & amenities like the direct access of elevators straight to your condo. Thanks to this feature, there are no noisy corridors in the back linking the condos to the elevators. Instead you get a private balcony & the added security.

Great property at the end of the beach in Las Conchas. Easy access to the beach. The pool area is great for sitting and relaxing. 1404 has two patios, a small private one off of the 3rd bedroom and a large patio wit access from both bedrooms 1 and 2, plus access from the main family room.

If you like the sunrise and sunsets you’ll love this condo. Tessoro is a gem if you enjoy a secluded vacation. The office manager helped us arrange a massage on the balcony and just across the bay there is a small on the beach seafood/oyster eatery. The condo is well equiped with games and the kitchen has everything you need. The property is a work in progress and not sure why majority of the units were empty. There were maybe 10 cars in the underground parking with a gated entrance. I loved it!
